We want to be measured on deliverables and outcomes, absent of micro-management and “timesheet scrutiny”. You are not buying time, you are buying results, and that’s what makes us efficient!

Antoine Jamin

President of AVEL

After graduating as an industrial engineer, Antoine started his career in $20B-$40B businesses, leading cross functional projects and key process improvements. He then got certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, allowing him to specialize in strategic initiatives and manage complex transformations.
Antoine worked for several years in highly entrepreneurial businesses, across Canada and France, leading major transformation initiatives.

In 2022 Antoine founded AVEL, to offer Canadian entrepreneurs – driven by the desire to have a positive impact – the skills necessary to step up and navigate their company growth. Since then, Antoine has helped several dozens small to mid-sized business obtain tangible results and strong internal alignment. He also has trained several hundreds of resources in Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices, and has coached towards success multiple leadership teams and project teams.

Rob brings 30 years of experience leading companies and developing leaders across textiles, lighting, and medical devices. He held senior roles including President of Louisville Bedding Canada and COO of its $180M parent, driving growth and successful exits. At Standard Products and Medicom, he led strategic shifts and built execution-focused teams. His leadership empowers people to exceed goals and build lasting success through clear strategy and smart change.
